Było dokładnie tak jak chcieliśmy. Wszystko się zgadzało z opisem. Cena adekwatna . Gospodyni przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić. Dziękujmy za wszystko i pozdrawiamy.

The apartment was fine, but the garden furniture shown in the picture is now replaced by a playground. The hosts were pretty noisy so we couldn’t relax much, when we were home. Overall, this is a good place to stay, but I would recommend it more for families with children or for those who would just go home to "sleep".

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Unterkunft die von einem sehr sehr freundlichen Ehepaar geführt wird. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe ausgestattet, war sauber und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Wenn man etwas gebraucht hatte wurde uns gleich geholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

The apartment was nice, clean, and very well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop (Privlaka 3) nearby, with just 25 minutes to Zadar Downtown. A sandy beach and healing mud are also close by.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w szczególności dla osób które chcą mieć spokojną plażę płytką wodę praktycznie pod nosem :) Okolica spokojna, fantastyczna dla osób lubiących jeździć na rowerach. Sam apartament świetnie i komfortowo urządzony. Każda z trzech sypialni bardzo wygodna i co ważne, w każdej znajdowała się ogromna szafa. Zdjęcie w żadnym stopniu nie odbiegają od rzeczywistości.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Zadar! Der Kontakt war von Anfang an super – schnelle Antworten und immer freundlich. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sogar an Kleinigkeiten wie Zahnbürsten wurde gedacht, falls man selbst mal etwas vergessen hat. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr höflich begrüßt und hatten während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer einen Ansprechpartner, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll – selbst als uns leider zwei Weingläser kaputt gegangen sind, reagierten sie mit viel Verständnis und Freundlichkeit. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht, und der Strand ist in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles.

Vyborna poloha aj ubytko, pomer cena kvalita

Adela provided great hospitality! She was responsive for chat communication within minutes and greeted us with joy. She explained everything before leaving us to enjoy. The house has a good pool and is equiped with all necessary items ie. cooking, grilling, toilet needs, medkit, towels.. - and even some of the unnecessary. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Minden csodás volt!

Amazing experience from the welcome, tour and goodbye. Adela thought about everything in this apartment and was able to help us with all requests. Great beds as well (very rare in Croatia in my opinion). The location was great as well, we had a car but only used it for day trips off the peninsula.

The apartment was very clean. Everything was in order, if I had to nitpick a few little things that would go a long way would be not having to go to the agency to get the key (a lockbox would work great!) and to be more generous with the toilet paper considering the number of guests and the length of the stay. Other than that, the apartment was as expected. This neighborhood of Vir is something I'd recommend to people seeking as little noise as possible and a true relaxing experience since getting to the downtown where most people gather in the evenings is over half an hour worth of walking away.

Tolle Unterkunft. Super schöne Terrasse und die Gastgeber immer erreichbar super freundlich und haben weit aus mehr an Service und Zusatzleistungen geboten. Gerne wieder.

Bývanie bolo relatívne nové čomu zodpovedalo zariadenie bytu. Aj keď chýbali tak dôležite súčasti bývania ako je sušiak na sušenie vecí po kúpaní , komoda na oblečenie , wifi mala strašne slabý signál a na terase sú rozpadnuté stoličky . Chcem hlavne upozorniť na nočnú veľmi hlasitú hudbu z blízkych barov ktorá nám prvé noci nedala spať . Inak apartmán je útulný čistý z vlastným parkovaním. V blízkosti sú reštaurácie, obchody, vzdialenosť od mora je z každej strany cca 850 m . Takže až na určité chybičky krásy odporúčam.

We really recommend this appartment ! The host was welcoming and make sure we enjoyed our stay. The flat is according to the pictures, and everything was clean. Also the location is perfect with the beach 10min by walk, and a market +15 min by walk. There’s a free parking just in front of the flat. We want to come back already !

Everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi didn't work and the air conditioning was bad, it was very hot in the house

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Lage war super, so dass man schnell zum Strand und nach Zadar fahren konnte. Man sollte lediglich die Fenster und Türen geschlossen halten, da sonst viele Echsen und Ameisen den Weg ins Haus finden.

Top apartment

Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sowohl am Vormittag als auch am Nachmittag ein schattiges Plätzchen bzw. einen Platz zum Sonnen. Es ist absolut ruhig gelegen und man hört eigentlich nur die Zirkaden.

Mindenkinek ajánlom a szállást. Mindennel felszerelt, közvetlen tengerpart. Visszatérünk! 😊

Ubytování bylo skvěle, od pláže to bylo také kousek. Hostitel byl velice příjemný

Kuća je donekle izdvojena od susjednih objekata i ima ograđeno dvorište što pruža privatnost te siguran boravak za pse. Svaka spavaća soba ima svoju kupaonicu što je odlično. Grijani bazen omogućuje plivanje u svim vremenskim uvjetima. Fenomenalno!

Our stay was 7 nights. Saša and his family welcomed us well. We enjoyed stay at property. It has excellent location. Almost 5 meters from main public beach. Including room is balcony from which you have view on beach + you see every day sunset. We were group of 4 people - 2 adults, 2 kids. For kids it´s great location in order to go directly on the beach. Parking lot is in front of building. Also you can use deck chairs which are included room. Every day you can enjoy figs which are directly at trees on property. Thank you very much for great time inside your house.

Nagyon kedves, figyelmes szállásadók. Tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman.

A szállás alapvetően kényelmes volt, a konyha jól felszerelt, az ágyak kényelmesek, a klíma rendben működött. A környék nagyon nyugodt, a strandok és a pékség pár perc sétára voltak. Az erkélyről gyönyörű kilátás nyílt a tengerre és a naplementére, amit minden este nagyon élveztünk. A szállásadó kedves és rugalmas volt, már előzetesen is minden kérdésemre gyorsan válaszolt, a helyszínen pedig sok hasznos tanácsot adott a sziget felfedezéséhez, éttermekhez és kirándulásokhoz. Ugyanakkor volt néhány hiányosság: a mosogatógép nem működött megfelelően, több izzó kiégett, és 6 főre csak 2 takarót kaptunk huzat nélkül. Ezeket végül nem jeleztük, így nem is volt lehetőségük orvosolni, de biztosak vagyunk benne, hogy ha szóltunk volna, segítőkészen megoldották volna. Összességében kellemes élményünk volt, jó kiindulópont Vir sziget felfedezéséhez, néhány apróság javításával pedig még komfortosabb lehetne.

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie war für drei Nächte in dem Apartment. Positiv waren die Gastgeber sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse, solange kein Zigarettenrauch von anderen Gästen hochzog. Ebenso hatten wir einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Küche, das Bad und die Wohnzimmerausstattung könnten eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Vieles wirkt leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das WLAN hat funktioniert, der Fernseher ebenfalls aber es gab keine deutschen Sender womit das Gerät ausblieb. Ein riesiger Nachteil war für uns die fehlende Spülmaschine. Positiv ist die Nähe zu schönen, familienfreundlichen Stränden sowie die Verfügbarkeit von vielen Restaurants u.a. in der Nähe. Für Autofahrer ist das Viertel mit seinen engen und vielbevölkerten Straßen eine Herausforderung. Abends kann es schon lauter zugehen, da sehr viele junge Leute unterwegs sind. Für uns war das kein Problem.

Bardzo przyjemny apartment na kilkudniowy pobyt. Nie jest to najwyższy standard, ale jest czysto i wygodnie. Świetna okolica, wszystko pod ręką. Jedyny minus to brak uchwytu pod prysznicem, ciężko wygodnie umyć włosy

Ubytování bylo hezké, nicméně jsme čekali větší čisto. Hned při prvním projití po kuchyni a obýváku jsme měli nepříjemně špinavé nohy. V koupelně byl bohužel špinavý záchod a sprchový kout by taky ocenil větší údržbu. Bohužel jsem neobjevila ani kýbl ani hadr, abychom si mohli uklidit. Což může být nepříjemné i pokud se vám stane nějaká nehoda a třeba něco rozlijete. K dispozici byla jen v kuchyni malá gumová hadyrka a houbička. Na týden pro čtyři lidi si myslím, že dva toaletní papíry jsou málo. Povlečení však bylo čistě vyprané a ve skříni k dispozici peřiny, postele pohodlné. Výhled z balkonu na moře, včetně markýz, takže jsme zde trávili příjemná rána i večery. Parkování u domu za branou bylo super, ale bohužel se někdy všechna auta nevešly. Je zde několik dalších apartmánů, tak je občas potřeba počítat i s hlukem. Navíc u sousedů jsou velcí psi, kteří štěkají ve dne v noci na procházející lidi. Pocity máme smíšené, protože Adéla je moc milá, ale čekali jsme trochu víc.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit grandioser Terrasse direkt am Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo ładny i w pełni wyposażony apartament no i to co najlepsze boskie jacuzzi na dachu budynku 😁 ...

S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní, ubytovanie zodpovedalo priloženým fotografiám a opisu od hostiteľa. Okolie bolo veľmi príjemne a pokojné, pár minút od pláže.

L'appartement en rdc que nous avons occupé etait agréable. L'environnement est très calme. Une petite plage avec un ponton se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres. N'imaginez pas un plage mais plus un bout de sable pour poser 10 serviettes. il y a un petit bar sympa qui surplombe la plage et le soir des jeux où se retrouvent les enfants. il y a des supermarchés proches de l'appartement et comme il y a un barbecue.. profitez en ! prenez aussi des pastèques sur la route aux marchants car c'est entre 0.60 et 0.80 euros le kg. Pour visiter zadar partez tôt car il y a des bouchons et on passe vite de 25 minutes à 1h00 de trajet. et le matin on trouve des place au parking gratuit du centre. sinon cela sera 3€/heure. Pour visitez les îles en partant de Zadar, nous recommandons la compagnie Mikado si vous souhaitez un petit bateau de max 20 personnes et éviter ainsi les party boat de 200 personnes,comptez 75 eur/p lieu de 60eur/p. Nin est sympa mais se fait rapidement
