This apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 4-6 persons. Beachfront apartment is located in a quite part of Nin named Bilotinjak.

Apartment (52 m²) is divided on a living room with a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. To the apartment belongs a roofed 12 m² terrace with a sea view furnished with loungers, table and chairs.

Air conditioning, wireless internet, SAT TV, oven, Espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue and roofed parking on the property are at the guest’s disposal without extra charge. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of EUR 15 per pet per night.

The nearest beach is located at the distance of just 20 m. The distance to the restaurant and the centre is the same, 1500 m, and the shop is 500 m from the apartment.The dog beach is 800 m away from the property.

Všechno bylo super. Hostil byl velmi milý a proaktivní, lokalita super klidná a opravdu blízko k moři. Vše krásně čisté. Byly jsme zde s pejskem a jediný problém byly bodláky na zahradě (máme pudla - takže se mu každý bodlák uchytil na srst) - to ovšem nemá nic společného s ubytováním. Spíše informace pro pejskaře. Moc děkujeme a těšíme se na další návštěvu.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and the host went far above and beyond anything we expected. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Since we didn’t have our rental car yet, he generously drove us to the store late at night in his own car so we could get the necessities we needed. That level of care and hospitality made a huge difference for us and truly showed how much he cares about his guests. We felt genuinely supported and appreciated throughout our stay. Highly recommended — one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had!

Alles wie beschrieben, der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, ein Früchtekorb sowie Wasser waren schon bereit. Für unseren Hund mussten wir einen Aufpreis zahlen, das wussten wir nicht aber ansonsten super. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Kroatien. Das Appartment war super und die Lage des Hauses phantastisch. Direkt am Meer schön ruhig im Grünen gelegen und das sogar mit Sandstrand. Der in Kroatien eher selten zu finden ist. Adela ist die Agentur bzw. die Inhaberin der Agentur, die vorab alles über Airbnd managed. Sehr hilfsbereit und schneller Service. Den Check-In hatten wir mit Viljem dem Besitzer des Hauses. Er war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
