Herzlicher und informativer Empfang vom Eigentümer - Obstkorb und Getränke zum Empfang! Appartement ist super ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da. Schöner, großer Balkon mit Tisch und Sonnenliegen, alles sehr sauber mit frisch gewaschen Bezügen für Liegen und Stühle. Überhaupt war alles sehr sauber! Ideal als Basis für Ausflüge - eigenes Auto ist ein Muss. Sandstrand, Liegewiese direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben das grosse Apartment mit 2 Balkonen und der schönen Aussicht inklusive Parkplatz sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung entsprach modernen Standards und war zufriedenstellend, mit Ausnahme einiger Kleinigkeiten.

Super Aufenthalt, vermieter unglaublich nett. Man merkt die etwas älteren Möbel im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Kann ich ansonsten nur weiterempfehlen

Gyönyörű kilátással, kényelmes, igényes otthon. A konyha jól felszerelt. A terasz is csodás.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf Anfragen wurde direkt reagiert. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Gastgeber sind immer Freundlich und hilfsbereit, waren irgendwelche Fragen wurden sie Schnell und problemlos beantwortet. Wir hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Ein toller Ausblick über das Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang. Die direkte Umgebung ist angenehmen ruhig, mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 20/30 min nach Zadar. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns freundlich empfangen und sich super um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

Ugo a été très à l écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. Le logement était propre, avec tout ce il faut. Le confort du lit impeccable. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. Les petites attentions à l' arrivée et au départ ont été très appréciées.

Na plus komunikacja z managerem obiektu. Potrzebowałem wcześniejszego zameldowania - nie było problemu. Potrzebowałem zmienić termin przyjazdu - załatwione w 5 minut. Miałem pytania - wszystko ładnie wyjaśnione. Na plus czystość obiektu i jego lokalizacja: w połowie drogi pomiędzy plażą i główną ulicą. Na minus - miejscowość znajduje się na drodze podejścia do lotniska w Zadarze więc w sezonie można zapomnieć o ciszy i spokoju. Na minus schody do apartamentu: strome, wąskie i śliskie. Na minus stan wyposażenia: parasol na balkonie był podarty i się nie rozkładał a leżaki były popękane i nie można było z nich korzystać. Na minus miejsce parkingowe: małe, wąskie i z fatalnym wjazdem. Podsumowując: czyste mieszkanie któremu brakuje porządnego remontu i wymiany wyposażenia. Do tego głośno przez samoloty. Za to tanie i z doskonałym podejściem managera.

Chyběl kávovar, dětská postýlka, o dětskou jídelní židličku jsme si museli rict, u přestože věděli, že s námi jede dítě, vsechno bylo napsané ve vybaveni bytu. Při příjezdu v pul 3 jsme čekali než paní uklidí, žádala jsem o ubytování co nejdříve, to nebylo možné, chápu. Ale i přes mou žádost nás ubytovat ještě později ? Nehoráznost. Jinak paní uklízečky jsou moc milé. Paní Adéla na mě po zprávách působí dost arogantně a nepříjemně, pozdrav od ni nečekejte. Celkem hezký výhled, kuchyň vybavená, k moři jsou to 3 minuty chůze, do centra hodina pěšky

Było dokładnie tak jak chcieliśmy. Wszystko się zgadzało z opisem. Cena adekwatna . Gospodyni przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić. Dziękujmy za wszystko i pozdrawiamy.

The apartment was fine, but the garden furniture shown in the picture is now replaced by a playground. The hosts were pretty noisy so we couldn’t relax much, when we were home. Overall, this is a good place to stay, but I would recommend it more for families with children or for those who would just go home to "sleep".

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Unterkunft die von einem sehr sehr freundlichen Ehepaar geführt wird. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe ausgestattet, war sauber und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Wenn man etwas gebraucht hatte wurde uns gleich geholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

The apartment was nice, clean, and very well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop (Privlaka 3) nearby, with just 25 minutes to Zadar Downtown. A sandy beach and healing mud are also close by.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w szczególności dla osób które chcą mieć spokojną plażę płytką wodę praktycznie pod nosem :) Okolica spokojna, fantastyczna dla osób lubiących jeździć na rowerach. Sam apartament świetnie i komfortowo urządzony. Każda z trzech sypialni bardzo wygodna i co ważne, w każdej znajdowała się ogromna szafa. Zdjęcie w żadnym stopniu nie odbiegają od rzeczywistości.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Zadar! Der Kontakt war von Anfang an super – schnelle Antworten und immer freundlich. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sogar an Kleinigkeiten wie Zahnbürsten wurde gedacht, falls man selbst mal etwas vergessen hat. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr höflich begrüßt und hatten während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer einen Ansprechpartner, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll – selbst als uns leider zwei Weingläser kaputt gegangen sind, reagierten sie mit viel Verständnis und Freundlichkeit. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht, und der Strand ist in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles.

Vyborna poloha aj ubytko, pomer cena kvalita

Adela provided great hospitality! She was responsive for chat communication within minutes and greeted us with joy. She explained everything before leaving us to enjoy. The house has a good pool and is equiped with all necessary items ie. cooking, grilling, toilet needs, medkit, towels.. - and even some of the unnecessary. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Amazing experience from the welcome, tour and goodbye. Adela thought about everything in this apartment and was able to help us with all requests. Great beds as well (very rare in Croatia in my opinion). The location was great as well, we had a car but only used it for day trips off the peninsula.

WiFi was not working. No possibility to charge EV. You have to go through the hosts yard to get to the appartment.

The apartment was very clean. Everything was in order, if I had to nitpick a few little things that would go a long way would be not having to go to the agency to get the key (a lockbox would work great!) and to be more generous with the toilet paper considering the number of guests and the length of the stay. Other than that, the apartment was as expected. This neighborhood of Vir is something I'd recommend to people seeking as little noise as possible and a true relaxing experience since getting to the downtown where most people gather in the evenings is over half an hour worth of walking away.

Tolle Unterkunft. Super schöne Terrasse und die Gastgeber immer erreichbar super freundlich und haben weit aus mehr an Service und Zusatzleistungen geboten. Gerne wieder.

Bývanie bolo relatívne nové čomu zodpovedalo zariadenie bytu. Aj keď chýbali tak dôležite súčasti bývania ako je sušiak na sušenie vecí po kúpaní , komoda na oblečenie , wifi mala strašne slabý signál a na terase sú rozpadnuté stoličky . Chcem hlavne upozorniť na nočnú veľmi hlasitú hudbu z blízkych barov ktorá nám prvé noci nedala spať . Inak apartmán je útulný čistý z vlastným parkovaním. V blízkosti sú reštaurácie, obchody, vzdialenosť od mora je z každej strany cca 850 m . Takže až na určité chybičky krásy odporúčam.

We really recommend this appartment ! The host was welcoming and make sure we enjoyed our stay. The flat is according to the pictures, and everything was clean. Also the location is perfect with the beach 10min by walk, and a market +15 min by walk. There’s a free parking just in front of the flat. We want to come back already !

Everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi didn't work and the air conditioning was bad, it was very hot in the house

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Lage war super, so dass man schnell zum Strand und nach Zadar fahren konnte. Man sollte lediglich die Fenster und Türen geschlossen halten, da sonst viele Echsen und Ameisen den Weg ins Haus finden.

Top apartment

Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sowohl am Vormittag als auch am Nachmittag ein schattiges Plätzchen bzw. einen Platz zum Sonnen. Es ist absolut ruhig gelegen und man hört eigentlich nur die Zirkaden.

Mindenkinek ajánlom a szállást. Mindennel felszerelt, közvetlen tengerpart. Visszatérünk! 😊

Ubytování bylo skvěle, od pláže to bylo také kousek. Hostitel byl velice příjemný
